DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY IN ITS CAPACITY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE NOTEHOLDERS OF AAMES MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2, A DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST is Plaintiff and ROBERT L. LEFFLER; CATHERINE LEFFLER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AAMES FUNDING CORPORATION D/B/A AAMES HOME LOAN; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY A CORPORATION; UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; are defendants.
