NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2012, and entered in Case No.2011-002703-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE OAKS OF NORTHWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and ERIKA T. REDLING, a single woman, THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 20, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 141B, THE OAKS OF NORTHWOOD, a Condominium and an undivided share of the common elements, per Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5138, Page 832, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, Page 21, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
