NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on July 10, 2012, beginning at 9:30 a.m. a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida to consider the petition of Gordon and Caren Dore to release the following:

A portion of the 33 foot upland buffer and conservation easement within
Lot 14, Block B, Hawks Landing Subdivision, Plat Book 123,
Pages 62 through 67 in Section 35, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, as recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
