NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on July 10, 2012, beginning at 9:30 a.m. a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida to consider the petition of Christie V. Gagnon and Christine L. Gagnon to release the following:

A Portion of Portsmouth Road Right-Of-Way between Weymouth Drive and Lancaster Drive, Gulf Breeze Estates, Plat Book 27, Page 57 in Section 30-29-16, as recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and reserving a drainage easement.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
