CORBETT, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium parcel described as Unit 2301 together with the appurtenances thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Tarpon Highlands At Lake Tarpon Sail & Tennis Club I, A Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 11218, Pages 631 through 733, and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 124, Pages 29 through 54, and any other Amendments thereto, all of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of July, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
