NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 3rd day of August 2012, at 10:00am www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN PACEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENTS 303, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PARKWOOD SQUARE APARTMENTS, BUILDING “B”, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 28 THROUGH 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED OCTOBER 26, 1971, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3648, PAGES 313 THROUGH 346, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANTS THERETO.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
