NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522007CA013584XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is Plaintiff and LINDA GRANDMAISON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA GRANDMAISON; AMANDA BAGWELL A/K/A AMANDA BAGWELL-HILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMANDA BAGWELL A/K/A AMANDA BAGWELL-HILL; PAUL GRANDMAISON; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITY OF DUNEDIN; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 31st day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
