NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-018126, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SHAWN M KENNEDY A/K/A SHAWN KENNEDY AKA SHAWN MICHEAL KENNEDY; SANDRA STAGNONE A/K/A SANDRA LEE STAGNONE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of July, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, RIDGELAND CREST ESTATES ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
