Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated June 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 12-1594-CO-42, in the COUNTY COURT for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE MOORINGS OF PINELLAS COUNTY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and DELORA LILLMARS, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 6B, Building 6, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of THE MOORINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, recorded in O.R. Book 4948, Page 1533, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 38, Pages 42 through 54, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27th day of July, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
