Unit No. 59, SPRINGWOOD VILLAS NO. 2, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. 2926, Page 668, as amended in O.R. Book 3696, Page 736, O.R. Book 3748, Page 458, O.R. Book 5008, Page 1208, O.R. 5264, Page 1427, O.R. Book 5351, Page 1968, O.R. Book 6254, Page 744 O.R. Book 6931, Page 2260, and O.R. Book 7565, Page 1304, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 25 and 26, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Shannon L. Zetrouer, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 146 2nd St. N., Suite 100, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 on or before July 30, 2012 (no later than 30 days from the date of first publication of this notice of action), and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice. Publishing is to take place in the Gulf Coast Business Review for two (2) consecutive weeks.
