You are hereby notified that an Order Admitting Will to Probate and Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of Elaine C. White, deceased, Ref No. 12-2744-ES4, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756; that the decedent died on April 5, 2012; that the total value of the estate is approximately $12,200.00 and that the name and the address to whom it has been assigned by such order are: Frank H. White, c/o Jean Miller, Post Office Box 1173, Brandon, FL 33509.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with the court WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
