NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 201, as shown on Condominium Plat of Portside, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 76, Pages 116 through 133, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed June 1, 1984, in Official Records Book 5773, Pages 108 through 176, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
