Condominium Units “B” and “C”, of OLD PALM HARBOR VILLAGE UNIT 4, a Condominium, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 148, Page 24, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 15656, Page 1287, as amended, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to L. Geoffrey Young, Esquire or J. Martin Knaust, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
