NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 14th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-016528, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and DIANE GARLAND; BECKETT WAY TOWNHOME ASSOCIATION, INC.; BENJAMIN GARLAND, II; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DAVID AVERY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of July, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BECKETT WAY TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
