NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 21, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-012848 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Anna Chludzinska and Jerzy Chludzinski, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on August 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 65, WOODMONT PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
