TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Agreed Order Granting Joint Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure sale, setting foreclosure sale in the above styled case, the Clerk of Courts shall sell the following property situated in Lee County, Florida, described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 16, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. via internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk of Courts, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. Final payment must be made at or before 4:00 p.m. on the following business day. IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.

Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 10, Block A, Deerwood Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 49, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, run thence North 89°53'44” East along the South boundary of said Lot 10, 255.50 feet; thence North 00°07'19” East, 130.99 feet to the North boundary of said Lot 10; thence South 89°53'44” West, along the North boundary of said Lot 10, 254.20 feet to the West boundary of said Lot 10; thence South 00°41'25” West along the West boundary of said Lot 10, 131.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Begin at the Northeasterly corner of Fowler and Alicia Streets; thence Southeasterly along the Northerly right of way of Alicia Street, 197.84 feet; thence Northeasterly along a line 10 feet from the centerline of existing railroad tracts 158.22 feet; thence Southwesterly along a line 10 feet from the centerline of existing railroad tracts 274.27 feet to the East line of Fowler Street; thence South 27.14 feet to the Point of Beginning.
