TAYLOR, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 1002, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of SCOTSDALE VILLA CONDOMINIUM III, PHASE 1, as recorded in O.R. Book 5788, Pages 1367 through 1440, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 77, Pages 88 through 95, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27th day of July, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
