association;
vs.
JAMES R. ROSEWALL, also known as JAMES ROSEWALL, also known as JAMES ROBERT ROSEWALL, also known as JAMES “BOB”
ROSEWALL, if living, or if deceased, his unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, trustees, personal representatives, successors, and assigns; et al;
Defendants.
THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: KAREN GRIMES
TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Central National Bank & Trust Co. of Enid, sometimes shown as Central National Bank & Trust Company of Enid, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in this cause on or before August 23, 2012, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you as follows:
(a) awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate:
Lot One (1), Block One (1), Jane Munger's Second Fairview Addition to the City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof;
(commonly called 2101 East Birch Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma)
for the sum of $36,833.95 in principal as of April 3, 2012, plus interest accrued of $305.39, plus interest continuing to accrue thereon at the contract rate of 6.5% from and after said date, plus late charges accrued as of April 3, 2012, of $22.24, plus all other changes due and proper under said promissory note, including but not limited to, abstract/title report expenses, attorney fees, court costs, advances for taxes and insurance during the pendency of this action, and court costs herein, plus post-judgment interest on all amounts at the contract rate of 6.5% or the statutory rate, whichever is greater, until paid; and all other proper relief
(b) awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following-described real estate:
Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), Block Seven (7), Belmont Addition to the City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof;
(commonly called 2302 East Cedar Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma)
for the sum of $31,300.01 in principal as of April 3, 2012, plus interest accrued of $409.21, plus interest continuing to accrue thereon from and after said date, plus late charges accrued as of April 3, 2012, of $18.74, plus all other changes due and proper under said promissory note, including but not limited to, abstract/title report expenses, attorney fees, court costs, advances for taxes and insurance during the pendency of this action, and court costs herein, plus post-judgment interest on all amounts at the contract rate of 7.125% or the statutory rate, whichever is the greater, until paid; and all other proper relief
(c) and foreclosing said mortgage liens set forth above and ordering said properties to be sold with or without appraisement, as Plaintiff shall elect at the time judgment is rendered
