APARTMENT 105, DISSTON PLAZA APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 73 TO 76 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2548, PAGE 212, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on July 20, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
