YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 146, PHASE 7, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF LA PUERTA DEL SOL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 1 THROUGH 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH 16, 1978 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4670, PAGES 1457 THROUGH 1593, AND AMENDMENT ADDING PHASE 7, FILLED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4865, PAGES 1011 THROUGH 1021, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28163 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 207, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Gulf Coast Business Review.
