NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 05, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2007-12685-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAPB LLC TRUST 2007-AB1 is the Plaintiff and MIRSAD RAHIMIC; SILVANA RAHIMIC; EDWARD BEATTY; DISSTON ARMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on July 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
