Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on June 26, 2012, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 36, FOURTH ADDITION TO RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 1, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 5, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
