NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 21, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-005717 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates for WMALT Series 2007-OA3, Plaintiff and Samuel Goldsworth are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on August 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK B, OF TREETOPS AT DRUID TOWNHOMES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGES 28 AND 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
