NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-002589, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and GREGORY L. SOLLECITO; ROSA E. SOLLECITO; MARINA DEL REY UNIT B ASSOCIATION, INC.; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, MARINA DEL REY AT SAND KEY UNIT B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 54 THROUGH 55 AND AFFIDAVIT OF SURVEYOR AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5065, PAGE 1743, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
