LOT 642, FOREST HILLS UNIT NO. 14, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
