NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
UNIT 325, HEATHER COVE OF NEW PORT RICHEY, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 3, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1504, Pages 1 to 68, and including all amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in O.R. Book 1853, page 0407, all of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 5567 Sea Forest Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34652-3222.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on July 18, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
