Book 1504, Pages 1 to 68, and including all amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in O.R. Book 1853, page 0407, all of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 5567 Sea Forest Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34652-3222.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on July 18, 2012.
