NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-004390-XXXX-WS J3, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3 is Plaintiff and JOSE A. ANAZCO; ANA L. ANAZCO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, GOLDEN HEIGHTS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
