GENHOLD; PHYLLIS GENHOLD; MICHELE PIAZZA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE PIAZZA NK/A JOHN DOE; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; SUNCOAST POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHELLE PIAZZA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on July 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
