LOT 1, BLOCK 1, OF SEYBOLD CITY HOMES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGE 119 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 423 S OREGON AVE, TAMPA, FL 33606; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on July 19th, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
