BOLDIZAR, ET. AL., are the Defendant(s), I will sell to highest and bidder for cash, 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecom Room 201/202, 800 E. Twiggs St, Tampa, FL 33601, on the 04 day of September, 2012 at 2:00PM, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, GALLERY GARDENS 4A ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
