NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-006813 DIV. H of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For The Certificate Holders Mortgage Asset Securitization Transactions, Inc, First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificate, Series 2005-FF7, is the Plaintiff and LAND TRUST SERVICE CORPORORATION, TRUSTEE OF TRUST NO. 2317, DATED JULY 25, 2007; MICHAEL CARUSO; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor, Rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, OF SHERWOOD HEIGHTS, UNITS 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 44, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
