NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-009200, DIVISION: H, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Flagstar Bank, FSB is Plaintiff, and JEREMY D. ROBINSON; KRISTY L. ROBINSON; SUNTRUST BANK; CAMELOT WOODS II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 19 day of July, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, IN BLOCK 2, OF CAMELOT WOODS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, AT PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 32 CAMELOT RIDGE DR, BRANDON, FL 33511.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
