Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Forecsloure dated June 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-010113 DIV F in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE, was the Plaintiff and YAACOV EPHRON, ET. AL. the Defendant(s). I will sell to highest and bidder for cash, at 10:00AM on the 18th day of July, 2012, to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, RIVER OAKS ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
