NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-008030 D in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and HONG THI NGUYEN; ET AL. the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and bidder for cash, at 10:00am on the 20th day of July, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, FLORIDA, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 1, BLOCK 10, HAMPTON PARK UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
