NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-018409 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and DOUGLAS SOLLENBERGER A/K/A DOUGLAS P. SOLLENBERGER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
West 5 feet of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3 of Block 2 of HARBORVIEW PALMS SUBDIVISION, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, on page 80, of the public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
