Commence at the Northwest corner of Lot A, O'BERRY'S INDUSTRIAL SITES, according to the plat thereof s recorded in Plat Book 27 Page 80, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; run thence North 89° 27' 43” East, along the North line of said Lot A, 58.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence leaving said North line, run South 04° 08' 08” West 99.90 feet to the North line of the South 100 feet, of said Lot A; thence North 89° 27' 43” East, along said North line of the South 100 feet, 17.41 feet; thence leaving said North line, run North 01° 01' 14” East 99.61 feet of said North line of Lot A, run thence South 89° 27' 43” West, along said North line, 12.00 feet to the point of beginning.
