NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 19 day of July 2012, at 10:00 A.M. at the on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
That certain Lot designated as “Well Site” lying Northerly of Lots 4 and 27 of Block 10, COUNTRY PLACE WEST - UNIT II, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 35, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. All lying and being in Section 31, Township 27 South, Range 18 East. Lying within the following metes and bounds description:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 26, Block 10, of said COUNTRY PLACE WEST--UNIT II, for the Point of Beginning; thence along the South boundary line of Lot 5, Block 10, of COUNTRY PLACE WEST--UNIT III, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 5-3, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, N 89°39'33” E, a distance of 105.27 feet to the Westerly right of way line of Old Stone Place; thence along said Westerly right of way line, S 00°01'21” E, a distance of 71.50 feet; thence along the North boundary line of Lot 4, Block 10, of said COUNTRY PLACE WEST--UNIT II, N 89°58'39” W, a distance of 104.96 feet; thence along the Northeasterly boundary line of Lot 27, Block 10, of said COUNTRY PLACE WEST--UNIT II, N 78°04'47” W, a distance of 43.02 feet to a point on a curve concave to the Westerly and being the Easterly cul-de-sac right of way line of Ironware Place; thence 36.48 feet along the arc of said curve, having a radius of 50.00 feet, a chord length of 35.68 feet, and a chord bearing of N 08°58'41” W, to a point on said Easterly cul-de-sac right of way line; thence N 60°29'54” E, along the Southeasterly boundary line of aforesaid Lot 26, a distance of 54.39 feet to the Point of Beginning.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on 6/14/2012 3:00:00 PM in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
