Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 15, AND THE NORTH 36 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 23, PROGRESS VILLAGE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on 6/14/2012 3:00:00 PM in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
