Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on June 18, 2012, the undersigned will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale at 10:00am on July 27th, 2012 in Room 202 of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs, Street, Tampa, Florida, the following described property, situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
That part of Lot 11 of North Tampa Lands Company's Subdivision of the South 1/2 of Government Lot 1 and Government Lot 2, Section 18, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 58 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County Florida described as follows:
Commence at the point of intersection of the South boundary of said Lot 12 and the East right of way line of Morris Bridge Road; thence North 00°00'18” East along said East right of way line a distance of 400.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; run thence a North 89°43'30” East a distance of 138.21 feet to the intersection with the Westerly right of way line of State Road No. 93-A (Interstate 75); run thence Northwesterly along said Westerly right of way line which is a curve to the right (radius 7813.44 feet) an arc distance of 120.14 feet (chord 120.14 chord bearing North 13°49'39” West ) to a point which is 60.00 feet South of the North boundary of said Lot 11 and which point is on the South boundary of Northwoods Subdivision (Plat Book 42, Page 86); run thence North 89°59'22” West along said South boundary of Northwoods Subdivision a distance of 111.15 feet to the intersection with the East right of way line of Morris Bridge Road run thence South 00°00'18” West along said East right of way line a distance of 116.41 feet to the Point of Beginning.
