Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 18th, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 18, VILLAS OF MANHATTAN TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 193, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5213 OLMSTEAD BAY PLACE, TAMPA, FL 33611; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on July 24th, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
