Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Forecsloure dated June 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-027173 Div. D in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and TONY WEBB, ET AL the Defendant(s). I will sell to highest and bidder for cash, at on the 24 day of July, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 AND 24, BLOCK 25 OF NEBRASKA AVENUE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
