NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2012, and entered in 12-1556 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC., is the Plaintiff and KERRY L. COUGHLIN A/K/A KERRY COUGHLIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KERRY L. COUGHLIN A/K/A KERRY COUGHLIN; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 10 ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on July 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 67204, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 10, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17164, PAGE 1418, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17170, PAGE 586 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17170, PAGE 686 AND ALL OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 232 THROUGH 235, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
