NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18th, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-007614 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-3 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and DEBRA D. HARRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRA D. HARRIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA LAKESHA NASH; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00am on September 28th, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 18.34 FEET OF LOT 22 AND THE WEST 47.5 FEET OF LOT 23, IN BLOCK 13, OF REVISED MAP OF MCFARLANE'S ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
