NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14th, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-009772 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 19th day of July, 2012, at: 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, FOREST HILLS VILLAGE, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4482 PAGE 445, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
