CONDOMINIUM UNIT B-23, 1301 SOHO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THERE AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 214 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14598, PAGE 1016, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANCE THERETO.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO ALL COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, LIMITATIONS, EASEMENTS AND TO ALL APPLICABLE ZONING ORDINANCES AND/AND RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS IMPOSED BY GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES, IF ANY. TOGETHER WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, Co., L..P.A., whose address is 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is August 6, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
