NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-024708-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JEANESE RAINEY A/K/A JEANESE HODGE, CLERK OF COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, JOHN H RAINEY A/K/A JOHN HENRY RAINEY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20th day of March, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, COVENTRY AT OCOEE, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 125 THROUGH 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
