NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-010108-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and SANDRA CONRADO POTRAWSKI A/K/A SANDRA P. FARLEY, SUNTRUST BANK, TERRANCE T FARLEY and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of April, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Description of Property
A portion of Lots 8 and 9, Block F, Fairvilla Park, as recorded in Plat Book L, Page 115, Public Records of Orange County, Florida being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of Said Lot 8, thence run N 89 Deg. 23' 20” E along the North Right-of-Way line of Cumble Avenue a distance of 102.50 feet for a Point of Beginning: Thence E N 00 Deg 00' 00” W a distance of 100.00 feet to the North line of said Lot 9, Thence N 89 Deg 23' 20” E along said North line to the Northeast corner of said Lot 9, a distance of 47.50 feet; Thence S 00 Deg 00' 00” E along the East line of said Lots 9 and 8 a distance of 100.00 feet to the North Right-of-Way line of Cumble Avenue being the Southeast corner of said Lot 8; thence S 89 Deg 23' 20” W along said North R/W line a distance of 47.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
