NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 14th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-00124 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N. A., AS TRUSTEE OF THE DEUTSCHE ALTA MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-OA3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. MURPHY; CLERK OF COURTS, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; EAST KALEY STREET HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JOAN BLAIR; MARDIAN BLAIR; PENELOPE D. MURPHY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A CORINA MARULLO; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of May, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
