NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 20th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-012062, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JUNE 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR5 is the Plaintiff and DONNY SOOKDEO; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; SUSAN SOOKDEO;, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNY SOOKDEO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN SOOKDEO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 13th day of April, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 97 OF HUNTERS CREEK TRACT 430-B, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 100-101 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
