NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 20th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-17794, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1,2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACK RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-BR1 is the Plaintiff and SYLCAME VAVAL; JOHN DOE NKA JOSEPH NOEL A/K/A JOSEPH NOEL; JANE DOE NKA MARIE IMMACULA NOEL A/K/A MARIE IMMACULA NOEL; FRANCISE VAVAL; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 5th day of April, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 254, OF THE WILLOWS-SECTION FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
